The Somerset North Subdivision is located in Troy, Michigan, just north of the Somerset Collection at Big Beaver and Coolidge. Our family-oriented neighborhood contains 142 houses built from 1991 to 1995. Our Somerset North Homeowners Association (SNHA) is governed by a board of directors, who are our officers overseeing finance, maintenance, architectural control / enforcement of deed restrictions, social affairs and digital media. The founder of Somerset North Subdivision, the Somerset North Mall, Somerset Collection, and several other Troy landmarks was Sam Frankel, who lived to be 94 years old. A great visionary indeed, he died April 7, 2008. For more, click here.
