The Somerset North Subdivision is located in Troy, Michigan, just north of the Somerset Collection at Big Beaver and Coolidge. Our family-oriented neighborhood contains 142 houses built from 1991 to 1995. Our Somerset North Homeowners Association (SNHA) is governed by a board of directors, who are our officers overseeing finance, maintenance, architectural control / enforcement of deed restrictions, social affairs and digital media.
