Association fees are $200 annually, due on or before October 1.
The funds are needed to help keep our neighborhood in good shape and are used for: entryway plantings, social events, execution of paper communication, web design, email newsletters and other activities.
You can write a check made payable to: Somerset North Homeowners Association, and mail it to our address listed below.
Donations are also much appreciated!
