If our subdivision has a birthday, it’s September 10, 1990, when the Troy City Council granted final plat approval in Resolution 90-772. The man behind our subdivision, the mall, and other Troy landmarks was Sam Frankel, who lived to be 94 years old and died April 7, 2008. |
